What’s on the table:
- Run the depot during night shifts 10pm – 7am Sunday – Thursday
- Manage all things transport—route execution, driver support & dispatch
- Lead the cross-dock warehouse function (goods in/out)
- Supervise and motivate both warehouse & transport teams
- Handle real-time issues—no-shows, VORs, freight delays?
- Own the handover—seamless transitions between shifts
- Drive safety, service, and compliance standards every single night
